This definitely wasn't caused by overuse or by forcibly stretching the doll's orifices; I'll be contacting the seller. In any case, best of luck—but please be extremely cautious when using solvents specifically designed for TPE sex dolls, as other users have pointed out that doing so will only make the problem worse.
