not necessarily, what i would do, is go back, and make sure all the connections are correct
so, just plug the mobo, the psu, one ram stick and try to boot up
then another ram stick, then another, then the hdd, then the gpu... so one at a time...
hmm... what i would do is count the number of beeps you see... they can be short/long blinks.
check to see if your motherboard manual has a reference as to what each blink code means
i hope it did .. but it found 27 malware trojans or something so i was like oh god lmao XD
