Kontro showing off his new asset. There is only one problem, for some reason all new 13" and 15" MacBook Pros have SATA I speed and not the SATA II speed found on the 17" and older 13" and 15" machines.

It will make a big difference if you use SSD, which SSD are usually SATA II, giving out better performance. It doesn't matter if you're not planning to upgrade to SSD though, SATA I will be fine for regular HDD
