OMG is that the DELL Studio 1555? Got in the mail yesterday
Yeah, it's the dell xps studio. It's amazing. Though not liking how the oils from my fingertips are stuck on the keypads, and how noticeable they are. The backlit is a super cool feature too.
You got one too?
^blue ray is like just like dvd, tbh your not gona see any difference unless your on a massive 50" screen with crazy surround sound.
blueray on a laptop is like a Ferrari engine in a tractor.:Talktohand:
^i knw, that's why when i watched 17 again (starring the guy w/ lots of make-up) blueray on my laptop i saw no difference, Next time i'll play it with the 50'' plasma tv we have
lol i don't know what you guys are talking about but HD video is definitely better than dvd quality videos on any screen size. are you sure you watched bluray on your lappy? lol i watched .mkv files on my 22 inch and they are way better than dvd quality files. you guys either blind or smokin.
A lot of the anime that's being subbed is released in 720p. Also, the files are like 250-350 mb. I think DB for bleach is the only group, to my knowledge, that has 170 mb releases. I can tell the diff, even on my 17" monitor. Though, I wish I could watch it on my tv instead.HD is good on laptops but blue-ray is overkill, the last anime i watched was like ultra sharp, was only a 170Mb file and thats on my 22" too
