thanks. and this is just a temp case though... im gonna get a server case soon for free anyways, my uncle wants my mid-size case that this i7 resides in (we're gonna exchange lol)

lol ill tell you a secret. that picture has my power cables dangling behind it (the other panel was open)
ill upload a pic with the power cables tucked neatly, pretty much like the way it is now

also, this was all done in a mid-size tower, like yours. so you could pull it off.

Nah, I had to cut it myself. I use it to route the 20/24 pin motherboard cable, cables for the front panel and eventually the 6 and 8 pin power cables for my graphics card.

I'm using the on-board optical out. :D

nice.. i find that i can cram everything into the top section, despite the huge amount of cables lol

and nice.. with the optical out. gonna do the same, and hook it up to my receiver

Haha that works too but you'll still have to deal with getting the connector to the motherboard. With the hole cut in the motherboard tray, it makes it seem as if the cable is coming out from no where.

Hmm we should start a PC builders thread. (Y)
