Ridiculous how you have faster speeds than I do when I also pay for 15/5

Nice, I'm considering those or Direzza Star Specs for my summer set up.

Thanks. I've been running the S.Drives all year round for almost 2 years and I love them. Had to replace the rear set due to camber wear which was corrected with the other purchase. I did a short run through the mountains the night I got the new tires put on and they are awesome. Only other supporting mods are the KW V3s. They handle the rain very well, also.

I don't have the money right now for 650's, and the 598's are definitely sexy, but at 100 dollars more than the 595's the increase in quality doesn't make up for the increase in price; atleast not from the reviews I've read.

The 595's are enough for now. I'll step it up to HD800's one day I suspect... its a sickness.

Yessir. Both the HD580s and the HD650s.

How do they stack up against one another?

I'd love to read a comparison between the 595's and 650's.

Also, I think I'll get a headphone amp next month as well, any suggestions?

I was looking at this one:

Amazon.com: ART HeadAmp4 Four Channel Headphone Amplifier: Electronics@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/419Zh6YhnRL.@@AMEPARAM@@419Zh6YhnRL

Also considering this:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/Valve-Class-Tube...590?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a0d7ac326

although I dunno how quality these chinese products are...

edit: lol guess we'll find out, I put a bid down on one of the above V2 amps after reading some head-fi reviews. If I can net it for under 30 dollars I'll try it out without buyers remorse.

The difference between a 580 and 595 are drastic but the difference between the 580 and 650 are more subtle.

I'm not too sure how good that amp is but a lot of great amps and DACs are from China so don't let the fact that it's made in China discourage you.

^ post pics if you get them, i'd like to see some different angle shots. I've noticed sennheiser's official pictures aren't great with scale; their headphones tend to look alot larger in their photos than they actually are

$150 is pretty cheap for a good set of headphones. Though I'm sure they are better then those Dr. Dre ones for sure.

Amazon.com: Sony MDR-V6 Monitor Series Headphones with CCAW Voice Coil: Electronics@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/415BVED4YNL.@@AMEPARAM@@415BVED4YNL

I'd suggest these, but they are still a little expensive if you are planning on breaking them...

tbh though I don't think temperature does too much to headphones... as long as you're not running them super loud after letting them sit outside in -40 weather on a consistent basis.

Amazon.com: Sennheiser HD218 Closed Back Headphone Optimized for iPod/iPhone/MP3/ and Music Players: Electronics@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41o-akLpCQL.@@AMEPARAM@@41o-akLpCQL

^ these are one level cheaper

I might also suggest these... if you can find them locally:

Amazon.com: Koss PortaPro Headphones with Case: Electronics@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/416ZE03P6aL.@@AMEPARAM@@416ZE03P6aL
